This page explains what data Mogambo LLC ("Mogambo", "we") collects when you visit www.mogambo.xyz, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

The short version

  • We do not use cookies on this website.
  • We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.
  • If you send the contact form, we use your details only to reply to you.
  • We measure visits with privacy-friendly analytics and record anonymous sessions to improve the site. Form fields are always hidden in recordings.

Contact form

When you send the contact form we receive your name, email, company (if you add it), project stage, budget range and your message. We use this only to answer you and, if we work together, to manage the project.

The form is delivered to our inbox by email. We keep these messages for as long as they are useful for the conversation or required for our records. You can ask us to delete them at any time by writing to hello@mogambo.xyz.

Analytics without cookies

We use PostHog and Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, where visitors come from (for example a search engine or LinkedIn), the type of device and browser, the approximate location (country or city, estimated from the IP address) and which buttons are clicked.

Both tools run without cookies or similar storage on your device. We do not use this data to identify you, and we do not combine it with other sources.

Session recordings

With PostHog we record how pages are used (scrolling, clicks and page changes) to find parts of the site that are confusing. Everything you type into form fields is masked before it leaves your browser, so recordings never contain your name, email or message. Recordings are deleted automatically after 30 days.

Service providers

We rely on a few providers that process data on our behalf, only to run this website:

  • Vercel – hosting and visit statistics.
  • PostHog – product analytics and session recordings (stored in the United States).
  • Resend – delivery of contact form emails.
  • Zoho – our email inbox.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use by emailing hello@mogambo.xyz. We will answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Union), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

You can block analytics and recordings at any time with your browser’s tracking protection or a content blocker. The site keeps working normally.

Children

This website is meant for businesses. It is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes and contact

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and its date.
